Big disappointment from start to finish. Shameful, my out of town guest, ordered her Filet (35 dollars) medium well, was served to her rare, after being sent back to the kitchen, the filet was now well done and unappetizing. the food overall is very over priced and the kitchen seems to take a very long time getting food out to the guest. They did remove some items from our bill, and we had some surprisingly delicious free chocolate at the end of our meal, but a gratis morsel of chocolate won’t bring us back.

High prices, mediocre food, weird and embarrassing “attack” by management. We suggested that the diablo sauce for the calimari was not very spicy, she returned with a bowl of sauce that had a huge amount of red pepper dumped in it. No big deal, had the rest of the expensive dinner and nice wine, paid up left a proper tip and then my wife, my wife! whom had not complained at all was told she was a known trouble maker, was not welcome there, ever, but that I was. Totally weird and embarrassing as this was done in public. We have written to the owner and management for some kind of explanation but no response. We had no real complaint, had not sought that anything be compt, but yet were insulted and chastised by a person who is supposed to be in the hospitality business. We had eaten there before for an anniversary dinner, even indulging in fine champagne, and that was pricey but OK, again no complaints. But now, too weird, bizarre, arrogant, what words would suffice?
