At the home of great chefs like Sara Moulton, John Besh, Michael Symon, Anthony Bourdain, and Cat Cora, tomorrow’s chefs will prepare and serve your meal under the guidance of world-class chef-instructors. Reservations are recommended if you wish to dine at American Bounty Restaurant, Escoffier Restaurant, Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici and St. Andrew’s Café. However, no reservations are necessary to enjoy café cuisine and sumptuous baked goods at the Apple Pie Bakery Café, or casual fare at Al Forno, inside Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici.
